    Basic Introduction:

    PixeeMo is simple to use. This system is easy for anyone to use, andrequires no specialized expertise. It  acan be used for controllinga variety of processes. Our unique "FESTM” separation technology* isused in this svstem to rapidly evaluate the risk ofmicrobial contamination in manufacturingenvironments, intermediate and end products. Microbial count automatically measured. The number of microbes captured bv thededicated disposable chip can be automaticallymeasured using our dedicated software.You can output the measurement results as anillustrated report.

    It can directly detect microbes without label, and measure the total number of microbes, and can collect live microbes. Microbial, fungus, spore fungus etc.all can be detected. Depending on sample’s condition or how much microbial is contained in sample, it only need 5 to 30 minutes to get a result. It can detect only microbes with using micro flow control technology and electric property analysis method. The instrument was used together with Elesta chip and buffer and syringe. Syringe is general product, so may be purchased locally. The instrument cannot identify what it is. Collected microbe needs to be evaluated by external system(i.e DNA analysis).

    It is also the easiest test for PixeeMo to measure the number of viable bacteria in lactic acid bacteria beverage.

    Analysis requires Electrode filter, so need to use a dedicated buffer.

    Application:

    It can be used as an indicator to monitor the risk of microbial contamination in manufacturing processes.

    Useful in screening tests that indicate the presence of health-related and environmental microbes.

    It can be used to capture and recover contaminants (bacteria in a non-living state) as part of complaint handling recovery, and use them in a PCR analysis to identify causes.

    For confirming the validity of a product design through monitoring the number of non-living bacteria in heated products, cosmetics and so on.

    Useful for intermediate product in-process quality identification of beneficial microbes (such as lactobacillus).

    As fluorescent dyes are not used for measuring separation, the total microbial count for analytes that include autofluorescent ingredients can be measured.

    The stress applied to the captured sample is kept to a minimum, allowing the captured bacteria to be recovered, cultured and examined.
